The market in Europe must really be improving. The owners of ElectronicsTalk, Pro-Talk Ltd, hss been sold to Centaur in a deal which could be worth up to £14M ($25M). The ElectronicsTalk site represents a substantial proportion of the overall Pro-Talk business. With much of the price being linked to performance – based upon six times the operating profit) – the price may be lower than this figure, but even the initial payment of £4M ($7M) is impressive.
