It’s the unique users, not page impressions that matter now

Page impressions will be replaced as the madatory minimum metric by unique users for sites in the UK and Ireland audited by ABC Electronic. The standard is defined by JICWEBS (the Joint Industry Committee for Web Standards), and will shift the focus for sites onto increasing the number of unique users.
