PSDE suggest a new approach to recruitment

Rather than suggest recruitment advertising, PSDE is pushing the idea of using direct email to fill vacancies. Recruitment is a real challenge to many companies in the industry, so this is an interesting approach, although we can’t see direct email ever competing with job listings sites.

He is actively involved in developing the PR and marketing industries, and is Chair of the PRCA B2B Group, and lectures in PR at Southampton Solent University.
