Using other companies’ trademarks in comparisons

I enjoyed this thought-provoking article describing the results of a court case about comparitive advertising [registration required] on the Marketing Law site. Whilst it is perfectly legal to use another company’s trademark in comparative advertising, it is important to compare products objectively.
