Problems when using pictures of a German train in a brochure

Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft recently lost a court judgement over the use of and image of Deutsche Bahn’s ICE 3 train in a brochure. As the ICE 3 is a registered design, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft were found to have breached the German Design Act.
