Mike Maynard, Managing Director of Napier Partnership Ltd, an integrated B2B Technology agency, has been appointed as an associate lecturer at Southampton Solent University.

Mike lectures on the Digital PR module of the BA (Hons) Public Relations and Communications course at the University. Mikes enthusiasm for PR comes from 15 years’ experience in the industry, including his previous role of European Marketing Manager for IDT, as well as his current roles including Vice Chairman of the PRCA B2B Group, and Managing Director of Napier Partnership. Mike is keen to share this experience and knowledge with the University students wanting to develop careers in the PR industry.

As an agency, Napier has hired some very talented graduates, and this is a great opportunity to strengthen the relationship between Napier and Southampton Solent University.

    In 2001 Mike acquired Napier with Suzy Kenyon. Since that time he has directed major PR and marketing programmes for a wide range of technology clients. He is actively involved in developing the PR and marketing industries, and is Chair of the PRCA B2B Group, and lectures in PR at Southampton Solent University. Mike offers a unique blend of technical and marketing expertise, and was awarded a Masters Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey and an MBA from Kingston University.
